Timely Response to Industry and Legislative Changes

Compliant resources extend beyond updates on training.gov.au. Regulatory and industry changes directly impact delivery requirements, assessment practices, and workplace alignment.

Learn for Work actively tracks legislative updates and sector-specific developments across all supported industries. When changes occur, we assess the impact and update affected content and assessments promptly.

For example, when the Early Childhood Education and Care Learning Framework transitioned from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0, alongside new legislative requirements effective 1 September 2025, Learn for Work implemented the required updates without delay. Our clients were delivering aligned training immediately without any manual intervention on their behalf. Changes required to Certificate III in Individual Support units due to the recent change to the Aged Care Act 2024 were also implemented promptly.
